I’m on a mission this week to eat better. The cold weather really hasn’t been great for eating as healthily as I’d like so I’m hoping to turn that around this week. Here is this weeks meal plan.
Simple slow cooker osso bucco. I’ll be freezing some extra too.
Moroccan turkey meatballs. Turkey is so often overlooked as an everyday meat but it is really lean and easy to cook with.
Tandoori salmon. This is a quick go to meal for me. I love it.
And some left over pumpkin soup!
