Turkey burgers are a huge hit in this house. They are a bit different to your regular beef burger but oh so delicious. Plus turkey is a cheap, healthy, lean meat.

Ingredients
- 600g turkey mince
- Small round Camembert cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 carrot
- 2 handfuls of lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato
- ½ avocado
- Cranberry sauce
- 4-6 burger buns
Instructions
- Finely grate carrot and mix together with turkey mince & egg until well combined.
- Shape into 4-6 flat balls with a small slice of Camembert cheese in the middle of each
- Fry on medium with a small amount of oil and the lid on the pan for 5min each side or until cooked through.
- While cooking cut and toast burger buns lightly under the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread avocado on one half and cranberry sauce on the other half of each bun and layer with a patty, sliced tomato and lettuce.
