No Rise Pizza Dough Recipe

Looking for a quick dinner idea? This 5 minute no rise pizza dough recipe is perfect for making home made pizzas for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 cup warm (not hot!) water

METHOD

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add oil & water and mix with your hands until well combined
  3. Gently kneed until smooth
  4. Roll out until 5mm thin

The perfect, easy no rise pizza dough recipe. Try it tonight!

imageI top my bases with a mix of tomato paste, dry herbs and garlic. You can cook the bases like this for 2min at 250 degrees Celsius and then slice and freeze for topping later.

If you are ready to make your pizzas straight away just spread your sauce or pesto base and top with whatever you choose! The trick is not to put on too much topping or they become soggy and heavy.

Some of my favorite toppings are:

  • Pesto base with chicken, sundried tomatoes & boccichini cheese.
  • Lamb strips with fetta & pumpkin

What are your favorite toppings?

What a great idea, Michelle. I think I’m going to get some sachet yeast to keep in the pantry for pizzas when I can’t be bothered “cooking” xxx

Yep it is a great fall back dinner idea and also makes a yummy afternoon snack. You can use the same recipe to make pizza roll ups etc. Just sprinkle with cheese and ham, roll & slice then bake. Too easy!
