If you are after an easy meal that you can set and forget, this is it! A super yummy beef stroganoff that is slow cooker and freezer friendly.

Ingredients
- 800g chunk steak
- 150g mushrooms
- 1 sachet tomato paste
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 100g sour cream
- 2 tbs vegetable or beef stock paste or 2 cups liquid stock
- Cooked beans & rice to serve
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except sour cream, rice and beans to slow cooker. Stir well and cover with enough water so that all ingredients are just covered.
- Cook on low for 6-8hrs or high for 4hrs. Add a additional water if drying out.
- Cook rice and beans (microwave or stovetop).
- Just before serving stir through sour cream.
Notes
If you plan to freeze the extra it is best to freeze without the sour cream as it may curdle when reheated.
