- Lamb, beetroot and sweet potato salad. A light but filling dinner, great for days when you just want something fresh.
- Tortilla stack. Serve with a nice side salad and the kids will love you!
- Beef casserole (slow cooker). I’m going to try out this one from BBC food.
- Lamb koftas with a greek salad. I like the look of this one.
- Spaghetti bolognese.
- Glazed chicken and coconut rice. This recipe sounds a little unusual, but trust me, it’s awesome
