Easy Tandoori Chicken

Serves: 4-6
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons store bought tandoori paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (optional)
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • Boiled rice and steamed veggies to serve
  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add chicken and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum 1 hour
  3. (can be done the day before and left overnight).
  4. Cook in oiled pan on medium heat until cooked through. Can also be BBQ'd or baked
  5. (1800 C for 30-40 minutes)
  6. Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
