Honey soy slow cooked lamb

  • 4 lamb four quarter chops
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 tsp sour cream (optional)
  • Rice and vegetables to serve
  1. Trim fat from lamb.
  2. Place onion and then lamb into slow cooker.
  3. Combine honey, soy and garlic in a small bowl and heat so honey melts and combines.
  4. Pour over the top of the lamb.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Separate lamb from bones and using a slotted spoon remove meat and onion, set aside.
  7. Add flour to slow cooker and whisk in.
  8. Cook on low for a further 30 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Remove from slow cooker and stir through sour cream (if using).
  10. Serve sauce over meat.
