Delicious Moroccan turkey meatballs ready to eat in 15 minutes!

  • 3 crushed wheatbix
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 3 tsp Moroccan spice powder
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can chopped or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  1. Combine crushed wheatbix, turkey and Moroccan spice powder and mix well.
  2. Heat a pan to medium head and add tomatoes and kidney beans with ½ a cup of water.
  3. Cover kidney beans and tomato and simmer on low heat.
  4. While simmering, shape turkey mixture into small round balls.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium meat and brown meatballs.
  6. When browned, transfer to tomato mixture and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with veggies and rice.
