This yummy tandoori chicken recipe is quick and easy to prepare and will be popular with the kids too. You can prepare it ahead of time and just check it in the over when you are ready.
Easy Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons store bought tandoori paste
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (optional)
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- Boiled rice and steamed veggies to serve
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add chicken and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum 1 hour
- (can be done the day before and left overnight).
- Cook in oiled pan on medium heat until cooked through. Can also be BBQ'd or baked
- (1800 C for 30-40 minutes)
- Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
