I’ve often thought that it is such a pity to store beautiful jewellery hidden away in boxes. There are some amazingly gorgeous, not to mention clever and creative jewellery organisation ideas out there. I’ve collected together some of the best I’ve found. Enjoy!
P.S. If you don’t already follow me on Pinterest HERE, come on over! 🙂
I love this tree jewellery hanger because it reminds me of a Christmas tree we sometimes make. All you need is some sand in a bowl or vase and some sturdy tree branches. So easy and very effective.
This is a really clever use of an old rake. You could also use a hanger with hooks. Spray paint it and add some twine and you’ve got a ready made rack!
If you have any left over photo frames they are ideal for using for earring storage. Just string some wire or thick twine across the back and tape or stable into place then hang your earrings along the wire. As good as an artwork!
This is space saving storage at its finest. Clever jewellery storage that is designed to hang in your wardrobe. One side has little pockets and the other side has velcro straps which are great for necklaces. This one is $19.95 from Innovations. I’ve got two of them and I really like the way everything stays contained and out of the way of little hands who like to pull it all down!
I couldn’t resist this gorgeous idea. Old glass bottles make the perfect holder for bangles and bracelets.
Similar to the previous photo frame but this time using chicken wire and a few hooks to add storage options for necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
This tiered jewellery holder is actually made by glueing shot glasses to beautiful plates. You could use a standard tiered cake stand as well but the gorgeous china really makes it stand out. It would be a lovely way to repurpose sentimental crockery from family members.
Now this is just pure genius! Spray paint a grater, add some lace and earrings and it is a totally new and repurposed stand!
This is actually a metal candle holder and I have seen similar ones in Kmart for under $10. It is beautiful and effective.
This is another one I found from Innovations and costs $24.95. They’ve shown it here hanging in a wardrobe but it can also be mounted to a wall or sit as a stand which I actually think is nicer. It looks small but holds 100 items of jewellery including bangles, necklaces, rings, earrings and more.
