30 Day Declutter Challenge: Day 23

June 23, 2015 By: KeepCalmGetOrganised

Welcome to Day 23!

Today’s decluttering task is…WRAPPING PAPER & CARDS.

Do you have a cupboard somewhere overflowing with bits of wrapping paper, tangled ribbon and cards that have lost their envelopes? Today it’s time to get real about what you really need to keep.

I’m all for having a wrapping stash. I’ve got one! I buy cards when I see them on special and have paper and ribbon ready to go. The point of today’s task is to declutter it, clear out things you really aren’t going to use and minimise down to a manageable system.

I love these ideas…

Remember it is OK to get rid of stuff that is new/unused or even expensive. Re-gift it, give it to charity, just don’t KEEP it!

Remember to think about these things when deciding if something should stay or go.

Do I use it?
Do I love it?
Does it serve a genuine purpose for a genuine need I have?
Am I keeping it “just in case”?
