Take some time this weekend to get organised & back in control of your home with this simple weekend to do list. Start the week feeling refreshed and ready!
Task 1: Bake some snacks for the week ahead
Whether it is school lunch box snacks or just something to eat with a cup of tea in the morning, baking some freezable or storable snacks is a great way to get organised for the week ahead. Most muffins and cakes freeze well or you can bake some home make muesli bars, cookies or choc date balls (recipe here) that will keep in an airtight container for a week (or as long as you can resist!)
Task 2: Clean up your inbox
It’s time to sort through all the emails that have built up over the months (or years) that either need to be filed into folders or deleted completely. Set aside just 10-15 minutes to sort, file and delete and then come back another day to continue. If you make a habit of doing this you will keep your inbox under control and make it easier to find what you need.
Task 3: Clean 4 windows
Pick 4 windows and give them a thorough clean. Newspaper works a treat for polishing up windows, just spray with window cleaner and polish off with newspaper. Vinegar can also be used to clean windows (and lots of other things I discussed here). You can find some other speed cleaning tips here.
